01
who we are
a77 is run by Anton Tkachuk, who is responsible for your data on these sites. Based in Geneva, Switzerland. Write to [email protected] or on Telegram @contact77ch.

02
statistics
We count page views, clicks on links and buttons, how far a page is scrolled, the site a visitor came from, and their country, language and type of device. Since 4 November 2026 this holds no IP address and no name, and we store nothing in your browser for it, so two visits can't be tied together.
If you open a personal link we sent you (one with ?for= in the address), we see that it was opened. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, our own statistics count nothing. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts visits for us, without cookies.
The only thing we save in your browser is your light or dark choice, if you press that button.

03
the enquiry form
On affiliate.a77.ch you can send us your shop name, website, email and a message. We save this with your country and the page you sent it from, get a copy on Telegram, and use it only to answer you and to work with you.
-
04
the speed check
We send the address you enter to Google PageSpeed, which opens the page and measures it. We save the report with your country so that its link keeps working, and we get a short note about each check. Reports are not listed anywhere, but anyone who has the link can open one.

05
booking a call
The calendar comes from Cal.com. It loads when you scroll near it, so Cal.com receives what any site receives from your browser, including your IP address, and it may set its own cookies. What you enter when you book goes to Cal.com and to us. Their privacy policy applies.

06
who else sees data
Cloudflare hosts these sites and our database. It sees each request, including your IP address, in order to deliver the page and protect the site. Google receives the addresses entered in the speed check. Telegram carries our notifications and any messages you send us there. Infomaniak hosts our email in Switzerland. Cal.com runs the calendar.
Some of these companies process data outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the US. We don't sell data and we use no advertising trackers.

07
how long we keep it
Statistics hold nothing about you personally, so we keep them. Speed reports stay so that their links keep working. Enquiries and messages stay while we are in contact and for as long as we need them for our work and records. Ask us and we delete them sooner, unless the law requires us to keep them.

08
your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Write to [email protected], and we answer within a day.
We use data because we need it to answer you, to prepare or do work with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting these sites. You can also complain to the Swiss data protection commissioner (FDPIC) or to the authority in your country.
